Niclas Rönnström
Niclas Rönnström is one of the founders of the Stockholm University Research Network for School Development, as well as the national research network NSLO together with Helene Ärlestig and Ulf Blossing. Rönnström is an associate professor and senior lecturer in pedagogy in the Department of Pedagogy and Didactics and has worked with school and leadership development nationally and internationally for more than two decades. He is engaged as an expert by both Swedish and European school authorities.

From 2012 to 2020 Rönnström was Head of Education for the School Principal Program at Stockholm University, and before that he worked within the academic network CICE (Childrens Identity and Citizenship Education in Europe). He is one of the founders of, and is active within, the national research and development support within the framework Collaboration for the Best School (SBS). Together with Jan Håkansson he leads the SBS scientific advisory board. Rönnström also leads the research group SOUL (School Organisation, Development and Management) at Stockholm University.
