Diana Berthén
Diana Berthén is a senior lecturer in Special Education in the Department of Special Education at Stockholm University. Her research interests mainly concern the qualification of teaching and assessment in the teaching practices of primary and secondary schools.
Diana has, among other things, been responsible for the Swedish National Agency for Education’s mapping of teachers’ needs and knowledge of development initiatives and support for the assessment and grading of students in the different types of special schools. She has participated in the production of the Swedish National Agency for Education’s assessment support Like to Read and Write (GLS 1–6 and GLS 7–9) for the special needs school and has been responsible for the Swedish National Agency for Education’s reading improvement modules for primary and secondary special schools. She also supervises teachers in special schools in the Swedish National Agency for Education’s initiative Collaboration for the Best School.
